All returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt of shipment for a credit, less any applicable shipping fees. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed upon returns, Please email us @ Shop@OneSpot.World to get a return authorization number BEFORE you return-shipment of item (s). Mark the outside package with the (RMA) Return Authorization Number. Authorized returns MUST be shipped within 10 business days from return approval date to our return address. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Any items that are used, damaged or unsealed original packaging will not be eligible to be returned.
